Tenant Move Out

Php 5,000/month (Depending on Scope)

Percentage commission from gross rental: One full month lease amount
  • 1 month lease of 12 month lease cycle on the 1st year
  • Half month lease of succeeding contract
  • Half month lease of contract renewal if same client
